Death of William McCormick

Mr. William McCormick, of Tumut, who died recently at the age of 78 years, was a foundation member of the local branch, of the Holy Name Society, and a well known Gocup property owner whose parents were pioneers in the district. 

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Julia Ann McCormick, and by brothers and sisters, James (New Zealand), Frank (Sydney), Martin (Minjary), Michael and Patrick (Gocup), Margaret (Mrs. A. Watson, Gocup) and Bridget (Gocup). Two sisters, Mary and Sarah, predeceased him.

The Rev. Father B. McDonagli officia ted at the graveside in Tumut Catholic cemetery and earlier at the Church of the Immaculate Conception. — R.I.P.
