Obituary - Mrs. E. J. O'Sullivan

The death took place at Griffith Hospital on April 25 th, of Ethel Jane O'Sullivan, wife of Mr. P. L. O'Sullivan, of Hillston, after an illness extending over a number of years at the age of 61 years.

The late Mrs. O'Sullivan was born in Tumut, being the youngest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Thorpe.

The whole of her early life was spent in Adelong.

In 1913 she married Mr. P. L. O'Sullivan at Wagga and after a few years in Molong, Windsor and Cootamundra, the couple returned to Tumut, where they resided for 26 years prior to making Hillston their home eight years ago.

Deceased is survived by her husband, six sons and four daughters,

The remains were enterred in the Church of England portion of Griffith Cemetery in the presence of the complete family, after a service at Trenerry's Mortuary Chapel, the Rev. Archdeacon Twigg officiating at the Chapel and graveside.
