Obituary - Mrs. R. Morriss

Last Friday week death claimed a well-known Gundagai personage in the person of Mrs. Daisy Maud Morriss, wife of Mr. Richard Morriss, of Gundagai.

The late Mrs. Morriss had been in ill-health for some time and a week ago was admitted to the Gundagai District Hospital.

The deceased was a member of the Harpley family of Coolac being born 50 years ago.

Besides her widower she is survived by a family of three one daughter Margaret (Gundagai) and two sons, Richard (Tumut) and John (Gundagai).

Surviving members of the Harpley family are; Miss Ivy Harpley (Sydney), Mrs.. J. H. Wells (Gosford), Mrs. J. R. Glass- cock (Gundagai), Mrs. Joyce (Lismore), Mrs. Herring (Bombala), Mr. Robert Harpley (Yass) and Mr, Harold Harpley (Coolac).
