Obituary Mrs. E. M. Mitchell

The death occurred suddenly on Thursday, April 15, at her home in Quartz Street, Adelong of Mrs. Esther Maud Mitchell, at the age of 68 years.   

The late Mrs. Mitchell was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Lawson, of Adelong. 

Deceased married Mr. Hugh Mitchell 50 years ago at the Church of England, Adelong, and of the union, three sons and two daughters were born i.e. Mrs. W. Smith (Tumut), Mrs. C. Crompton (Adelong), Bill (Tarrabandra), Jim (Ellerslie) and Hugh (Sandy Gully).

Surviving brothers and sisters are Mrs. E. Higgins (Tumut), Mrs. W. Crain (Adelong), Joe (Wyalong), Jim and Jack (New Zealand), Ben (Goulburn) and Tom (Adelong).
