In the Legislative Assembly, the leader of the Country Party (Lt. Col. Bruxner) asked the Minister for Health (Mr. Kelly) to ensure that some of the money available for expenditure on very worthy propaganda against venereal disease was placed with country news papers.

Mr. Kelly said he was surprised had not been expended in country areas, and he would enquire why this had not been done. He had seen advertisements on the subject in some country newspapers.
